I know it's trendy but Spinach Shakes are popular for a reason. Jonny, Coco and I try and drink one every morning. Not only do they taste like a Jamba juice but after you feel like Popeye. Naturally Spinach is sweet. We have been drinking this for about 1 year now and have noticed a big difference in how we feel throughout the day.
My Spinach Shake Method
Fill The Blender 3/4 Full of Fresh Green Leaf Spinach
Add 1 Cup of Water
Add 1 Scoop of Frozen Orange Juice Concentrate
Add 3 drops of Stevia (natural sweetener...deserves it's own post!)
1 Frozen Banana
2 Handfuls of Berries (blueberries, raspberries, etc..)
Then Blend until liquid
It was hard at first to think of drinking so much spinach but as you will soon discover, if you haven't already, it will be love at first taste.
